Recipe Kitchen; How To Make Orange chicken stir-fry
Recipe for 6 servings:
1 onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 kilogram skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)
4 red peppers (chopped)
3 cups of chicken broth
2 teaspoons orange rind (grated)
5 teaspoons of corn starch
2 large cloves of garlic (crushed)
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
6 large tomatoes (chopped)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Salt and seasoning to taste

Method:
Heat three tablespoons of the oil in a large pan. Stir fry the chicken strips until slightly brown. Remove the chicken from the pan; add the remaining oil and heat. Add onion, tomatoes, pepper, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for at least three minutes until the vegetables are tender crisp. Add the chicken broth, corn-starch, sesame oil and the orange rind, stir until smooth, thick and clear. Add the chicken strips season with salt and seasoning until ready. Serve with rice or noodles.
