  1. PINEAPPLE FRUITIES IS A COMBINATION OF DICED PAWPAW,  PINEAPPLE WATERMELON, APPLE AND PEELED DICED BANANA.
  2. JUST GET A WHOLE PINEAPPLE AND A PACK OF TOOTHPICK.
  3. WASH THE PINEAPPLE AND SET ON A CLEAN TRAY.
  4. PICK EACH DICED FRUIT AND INSERT INTO THE STANDING PINEAPPLE
  5. CHECK OUT THE AROMA!

                                                    ADALU - EPO

Recipe for 4 Servings
2 cup of beans{ brown or white}
2 cups of fresh maize
3 fresh red peppers {atarodo} {crushed}
2 cooking spoons palm-oil
3 tablespoons ground crayfish
4 smoked or dried mangala or panla fish {cleaned}
Salt and maggi to taste
1 large onion {sliced}
5 fresh tomatoes [blended}

 METHOD
*  Wash the corn and cook until tender
*  Using a separate pot, wash and cook the beans until tender too.
* Get a bigger pot, set it on fire, pour in the palm - oil, allow to heat for 15 seconds, before pouring in the           onions and tomatoes.
* Pour in  the corn and beans together, stir  until the soft  mixture is well mixed.
* Stir in the pepper and all the other remaining ingredients including the fish.
* Cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes, until you have the colour of this food below.
*  Remove from heat and serve warm as lunch.

ADALU - EPO  [CORN AND BEANS PORRIDGE
  ADALU -EPO is a very delicious Nigerian recipe that is common amongst the Yorubas. If you want to enjoy this meal, make sure you have plenty of fresh red pepper and palm-oil in the kitchen.
This meal is rich in carbohydrate  protein, vitamin and other necessary nutrients! Do you know why? A combination of fresh corn, with beans, pepper, onion, palm-oil etc must be a complete real meal. Savour the meal first!  I ll show you how to prepare it in your kitchen!
